Taco Bell on North Bloomington Street is Streator’s go-to for fast, cheap Tex-Mex, and it fills a different niche from the town’s sit-down Mexican restaurants and taquerias. Think crunchy tacos, burritos, Crunchwraps and late-night value menus rather than authentic regional cooking. Public ratings for this location are middling, typical of the chain, so set your expectations accordingly. The official locations page confirms the address; I didn’t print hours because I couldn’t verify them, so check the Taco Bell app, which also offers mobile ordering and rewards. Its north-side location near the other chains makes it an easy stop. If you want genuine Mexican food, Streator’s independents, like the taqueria on Main Street, are a much better bet. But for a quick, inexpensive bite on the road, or a craving that only a Crunchwrap can satisfy, Taco Bell delivers.
