Athletico Physical Therapy – Streator

Our Take

Athletico’s Streator clinic on East Kent Street has the most generous hours of any physical therapy option we found in town. Several days run until 6:30 or 7 p.m., and others start at 7 a.m., which makes it realistic to fit therapy around a shift. The service list goes beyond basic rehab, with work injury programs, functional capacity evaluations, TMJ therapy, blood flow restriction training, an ACL program and a free assessment. Athletico also notes that you do not need a prescription to start, though your insurance may have its own rules. The accepted insurance list is long, including Medicare, Medicare Advantage plans, TRICARE and the VA Community Care Network. The website does not list weekend hours, so we have left them blank. If convenience and breadth matter most, this is a strong first call.
