Our Take

Streator has more physical therapy choices than you might expect, and OSF Rehabilitation is the one tied directly into the local hospital system. That makes it the natural pick if your surgeon, orthopedist or primary care doctor is already with OSF, since notes and orders stay in one network. It is located at the Center for Health on Spring Street, which means plenty of patients can stack therapy sessions with other appointments on the same visit. The downside of a system clinic is less flexibility than the independent chains in town, which sometimes advertise evening hours or direct access without a prescription. We have not seen published hours for this location, so we have left them blank. If you are choosing between OSF, Athletico and ATI, call each and compare insurance, appointment availability and whether you will see the same therapist every visit.
