Our Take
USA Pallet & Warehousing, at 701 South Vermillion Street, manufactures and recycles wood products: standard and custom pallets, skids, crates and shipping containers, including heat-treated options required for many international shipments. Recycling used pallets keeps tons of wood out of landfills and gives businesses a cheaper alternative to new ones, so the company serves both sides of the supply chain. Its website lists service areas across northern and central Illinois, from Peoria and Bloomington to Joliet, Romeoville and Chicago, which shows how far its trucks travel from Streator. Hours are Monday through Friday from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m., an early schedule typical of industrial work. For a free estimate on pallets or pickup of used ones, call (815) 822-4123. Warehousing services are also offered.
