Midland States Bank’s downtown branch on East Main brings the resources of a larger regional bank to Streator. The branch page highlights in-person access to a financial advisor, a mortgage loan originator and a commercial banker, which matters if you run a business or are buying a home and want that conversation in person. On the everyday side, it has an ATM and can print debit cards on the spot, so you don’t wait a week in the mail if a card is lost or compromised. Midland also pushes its savings lineup, including high-yield money markets, CDs and a FlexSaver account with a one-cent minimum balance, all FDIC-insured.
