Bowl-Mor Lanes
2416 Route 23, Streator, IL 61364
Our Take
Bowl-Mor Lanes is a classic 16-lane bowling center on Route 23, and its website pitches it as family entertainment for Streator: open bowling, leagues, tournaments, an arcade and birthday party packages. The specials calendar is the fun part. A recent promotion paired pizza, pins and pop on Wednesdays, and there are parent-and-child leagues for families who want to make it a weekly habit. Party planners will find kids’, youth-group and adult event packages, plus online reservations. In a town without many indoor options in the winter, a bowling alley does a lot of community heavy lifting, hosting league nights, fundraisers and the occasional rainy-day rescue for restless kids. The Chamber files it under bars and taverns too, so adults can expect a drink with their frames. Hours shift with league season, so check the website before rolling over.
