It keeps standard weekday business hours, 8 to 5, and it has its own website. The public review record is the thing to weigh. It averages 2.7 from just six ratings, too few to draw firm conclusions from, but low enough that you should do your homework. For a general contractor that means asking for references from recent jobs, ideally of the same type as yours, confirming insurance, and getting a written scope, price and payment schedule before work begins. None of that is unusual. It’s just more important when the online record is thin and mixed. A downtown office does make it easy to sit down in person and talk through a project, which is more than many contractors offer.
