Our Take
Heritage Tractor’s location on North 300 East Road in the countryside near Streator is part of a John Deere dealer group operating across Kansas, Missouri, Arkansas and Illinois. That means the full green-and-yellow lineup, from residential riding mowers and compact tractors to large ag equipment, Gator utility vehicles, commercial mowers and construction machinery, along with used inventory, financing and trade-in valuations. For the corn and soybean operations surrounding Streator, the parts and service department is arguably more important than the showroom, since breakdowns during planting or harvest can’t wait. Acreage owners can also find pull-behind mowers, snow equipment and attachments. The website offers virtual parts ordering. Contact the Streator store directly for service scheduling and seasonal hours, which often extend during planting and harvest.
